When is my spot confirmed?
Your spot is confirmed once your application is approved and payment is received through Givebutter. You’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps.
WHAT DOES MY VENDOR SPACE INCLUDE?
Vendor spaces are assigned based on the event layout. Specific setup details will be shared after confirmation. Come prepared with everything you need for your setup.
Do you provide table and chairs?
Unless otherwise stated, vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, and setup materials.
Can I Share a Vendor space?
No. Each vendor must register separately. This helps us maintain a smooth and organized experience.
What is the refund policy?
Vendor fees are non-refundable. This ensures we can properly plan and execute the event.
